They Just Don't Get It, Do They?

While talking with some friends the topic of "work" came up.

They made the comment that you are never really free until you retire. These friends feel that you do not have the opportunity to truly control your own life until you are eligible for retirement. That is so sad!

They went so far as to say they would not be interested in volunteer work, because even then you are totally at the mercy of someone else. You will be told when you are needed at your volunteer postition.


We are fortunate in that we have a home based business. No one tells us when to work. We choose. We do work, but we set our own hours, or our own days to work!

When we first began working on line with Our Business, we had no idea of all the freedom it would allow us. We are no longer under the control of another person. How about you?
